From today until May 10, the association organizes its Butterflies white bun operation.
The association Butterflies White was founded in 1958. The 2010 edition of its now traditional operation "brioche" was officially launched Friday at the home Hive deSavigny-les-Beaune, in the presence of Alice Rozier, sub-prefect of the arrondissement of Beaune, Philippe Chaussade, president of the Butterflies White, Jacques Berthet, CEO, and director Robert Coron, Philip Kopp and Daniel Koch, who coordinate the operation.
Profits This operation is intended to improve the daily lives and the collective of people accommodated in some fourteen institutions that currently has the association. This launch
helped inaugurate the newly completed terrace at SAJ (day care service) Savigny, which was made possible thanks to the profits of the operation Brioche 2009.

400 volunteers
As for benefits of the new campaign, they should achieve the same type of development for a relaxation of Workers Esat Beaune. Approximately 10 000 buns will be provided by 400 volunteers in the townships of Beaune, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Pouilly-en-Auxois and Bligny-sur-Ouche.

This year, the operation will be extended to the town of Seurre through a dozen volunteers.
